St Vincent de Paul Shopping Mall Website. Our store is located in Payson, Arizona just a short 1.5 hours northeast of downtown Phoenix along Arizona
Designated Scenic Highway 87. Payson is known as the "Gateway" to the Mogollon Rim. We have a small-town atmosphere and are an excellent choice as a
destination for any daytime or overnight trip. Payson is the escape you've been seeking, a getway from the rat-race and summer heat of the city. Come eat lunch, explore the Tonto Natural Bridge,
visit the Mogollon Rim, experience our town, and of course, please stop by our Shopping Mall to say "Hello" and tell us where you're from.
Our store was opened on March 1, 2013 by a small group of volunteers, who saw both a purpose and a need for taking new and used household items donated by others, cleaning everything up, displaying them in a unique and fashionable setting and selling the items for a fair and reasonable price. Our purpose is to raise money to support Payson's Rim Country Food Bank. Our need is based on the fact that the Saint Vincent de Paul Foodbank serves approximately 25,000 food boxes annually, helping families who live around Rim Country. The Food Bank uses the money we raise to fulfill its mission of feeding and helping others.
What makes our Shopping Mall unique from most other thrift stores is our 100% volunteer staff. After rent, utilities and maintenance costs, all income earned from cash donations and the sale of merchandise goes to support the SVdP (Rim Country) Food Bank. Please consider volunteering at our Shopping Mall. Whether you have a lot of time to give or only a little, what you give is valuable and makes a difference. Thank You.
